How Much does a survey cost?

At iSurv, we are leading property inspectors, and we charge a fixed fee for surveys on the following basis, the cost of which will depend on the size and location of the property – please contact us for a quotation. Prices start from €499 incl. vat for apartments and €599 for houses in Dublin. What is included in a Survey?

We would typically undertake Type 2 surveys as per the guidelines from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) this would include an assessment of the current condition of the fabric, external envelope, structure and services contained within a building. It does not involve extensive testing of building services but will comment on general conditions. If you would to receive a sample survey report please contact our office info@isurv.ie

How does this work?

Once you complete your booking with iSurv we take care of everything else. iSurv will appoint the next available surveyor in your area from our expert panel who will then contact the estate agent to arrange access. Once access has been arranged you will be notified via email.

Your appointed surveyor will then inspect the property and within 7 business of making the booking will issue the report to you via email in PDF format.
