EXCELLENT Based on 809 reviews Posted on Google Paddy ClarkeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had two surveys carried out by Tom, and he was fantastic to deal with both times. He has incredible attention to detail and doesn’t cut any corners. He genuinely saved us a fortune on the first property we went sale agreed on, as his findings led us to pull out of the purchase. Thanks a mil Tom.Posted on Google Dermot O'SullivanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very happy that I hired iSurv to carry out my survey. From the start, the communication with iSurv was clear. The seller was awkward in arranging the survey but iSurv were very accommodating to this . The survey that was provided was very thorough. I then had a follow up call about the results and Tom answered all the questions I had. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend them in future.Posted on Google Patrick KeeganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job and very reliable, was done within two days of bookingPosted on Google Jon CosTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was recommended iSurv through an investors/property group I am involved with. I am a property professional but in this instance, as I was buying my family home, I took no chances and used iSurv to carry out a thorough survey of the house. I was extremely impressed with the length and detail in the survey. It pointed out a few areas of concern which I had not noticed myself and it put my mind at ease with other areas which I was unsure of e.g. condition of timbers in the atticPosted on Google bindhu sajuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very positive experience overall. The process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to understand. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this service to others and look forward to using it again in the futurePosted on Google f bTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. iSurv did the snagging list for our new apartment, all very comprehensive and well documented.
