JOB DETAILS FOR BUILDING SURVEYORS

We are seeking Building Surveyors to cover the following geographical areas:

- North Dublin
- South Dublin
- Wicklow
- Cork city
- Limerick city

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • We are offering a very flexible position for experienced building surveyors,
  • Work the hours you want, work around the school runs!
  • Work from home when not doing surveys/ no requirement to attend an office
  • Carrying out pre purchase surveys mainly on residential property
  • Land Registration & opinions on compliance
  • Leasing with clients post survey to answer queries.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high standard for customer care.
  • Good IT and organisational skills.
  • Self employed consultants who are seeking more opportunities are also encouraged to apply. Experienced Surveyors interested in a part time role are also encouraged to apply

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum – Degree in Building Surveying (NFQ Level 8) Civil / Structural Engineering – BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification & level.
  • Registration with the SCSI as a Building Surveyor or other governing body (eg. Engineers Ireland)
  • Proven work experience in building surveying / structural engineering (minimum 2 years industry experience)
  • A full, clean Irish/EU driving licence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The right to work in Ireland.
