Highly recommend Tom and isurv, I had lots of follow up questions and some issues with the bank and Tom was so responsive and helpful even after the survey was issued when it came to these follow ups and extra details requested. Survey was very detailed and we have feedback from contractors since about how lucky we were with the survey as no detail was left out so they will be recommending isurv as well! Delighted with the service and experience. Had seen some recommendations on Instagram so decided to give these guys a shot. Filled out the online form, and from then to receiving the detailed report was seamless. First, his inspection of the home we've gone sale agreed on was extremely thorough and clear. We feel very confident the house was well inspected and that we know exactly what we are getting ourselves into.
Also, Tom went above and beyond to help us with countless questions and emails. Buying a home is extremely stressful, but he helped make it less so.
